I am a Ph.D. student in Genomic Data Science at the Liu Lab within the Department of Pharmacy at National University of Singapore, under the supervision of Professor Boxiang Liu. My current research centers on developing novel computational frameworks for bioinformatics and genomics to elucidate complex biological systems and disease mechanisms.
My academic journey began with a B.Eng. in Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation from Northeastern University, followed by an M.Eng. from the School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, where I worked under the mentorship of Professor Zhigang Zeng (FIEEE).
During my master's program, I gained valuable industry research experience through an internship at Microsoft Research Asia, where I contributed to projects in 3D computer vision and deep learning architectures. Additionally, I was a visiting student at the Laboratory of Brain and Intelligence at Tsinghua University, advised by Dr. Xiaolin Hu.
